You will oversee all operational processes, from workload planning and freight flow to inventory management and digital tool adoption, ensuring a smooth and efficient back-of-house operation. This role focuses on optimizing store operations to maximize efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction, while actively contributing to the broader business strategy. You’ll partner closely with the Store Director and leadership team to implement operational strategies, drive process improvements, and cultivate a customer-first culture that supports store growth.WHAT YOU WILL DO:Manage operational workload planning, balancing efficiency with business needsOversee all store operational standards ensuring execution at a high levelEnsure store-wide adoption of digital tools for operational executionManage the planning, timelines, budget and communication of all required operational processes through workload planning and effective schedulingOversee all freight flow operations and drives efficiency through process improvementOversee stock replenishment strategy to meet customer demand and ensure inventory integrityLead a culture of customer-first decision-making, ensuring all operations enhance the shopping experienceAnalyze financial and operational reports to make data-driven decisions that improve EBITAAligs operational strategies with business goals to optimize store performance and growthCommunicate store strategy to leadership and associates, ensuring clarity in operational goalsPartner with store manager to improve operations and achieve business goalsIdentify long-term operational challenges and implement strategies for resolutionWHAT YOU WILL BRING:3+ years of experience in retail operations, with proven leadership experience in a fast-paced environmentStrong understanding of operational processes, inventory management, and freight flowExperience with workload planning, budgeting, and schedulingComfortable using data and reporting tools to make business decisions and drive improvementsStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesProficiency with digital tools and technology platforms used in retail environmentsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and develop teamsProven ability to align operational strategies with business goals and enhance overall store performanceCustomer-first mindset with a commitment to delivering an elevated in-store experienceFlexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidaysSALARY AND OTHER BENEFITS:The starting salary for this position is between ($65,000-$73,000 annually).
