PLM Strategy & Programs Leader

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with PMO and IT leadership to establish a long-term PLM strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals.
  • Work with the Project Management Office (PMO) to manage all aspects of projects from initiation to closure.
  • Follow PMO methodologies, governance frameworks, and reporting standards for PLM initiatives.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
  • Utilize PMO tools and templates for scheduling, risk management, issue tracking, and resource planning.
  • Ensure all PLM initiatives are executed effectively, meeting strategic and operational objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed PLM platform recommendations to senior leadership.

Optional

  • Lead the evaluation and selection process for a new or upgraded PLM platform by engaging key business stakeholders to define requirements.
  • Perform extensive market research, assess vendor capabilities, and organize product demonstrations and proof-of-concept activities.
  • Create a decision-making framework based on technical, functional, financial, and strategic criteria for selecting the platform
