Overview

Our client, a prominent, full-service, mid-sized, Chicago-based law firm, seeks an exceptional junior and mid-level corporate M&A associate to join its Chambers ranked corporate practice.

Requirements

• 1 to 5 years of general corporate experience, including M&A and Private Equity from a sophisticated law firm practice.
• Venture Capital experience for the mid-level position is a plus, but not a requirement
• Strong academic credentials from a top law school.
