Director of Enrollment

Note: This position is commission-based, it is not salaried; the pay is based on task completion (i.e. enrollment) and is not paid hourly.

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Director of Enrollment to lead and oversee our learner recruitment and enrollment initiatives. This role requires a sales minded, yet strategic thinker who can develop and implement enrollment strategies, foster a culture of collaboration and excellence, and ensure a seamless and positive experience for prospective learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive enrollment strategy aligned with Ascension Online College’s mission and goals.
• Oversee the entire enrollment process, from lead generation to learner onboarding, ensuring efficiency and high conversion rates.
• Lead and manage a team of enrollment advisors, providing mentorship, training, and performance evaluations.
• Analyze enrollment trends and data to inform decision-making and improve recruitment strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing, academic, and learner services teams to align efforts and enhance the prospective learner experience.
• Build relationships with partner organizations, schools, and community groups to drive enrollment.
• Monitor and report on enrollment metrics, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Stay informed about trends in online education and adjust strategies as needed to remain competitive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in education, business, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in enrollment management, admissions, or a related field, preferably in an online education setting.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful enrollment strategies.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing enrollment metrics and trends.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and enrollment management tools.
• Passion for education and a commitment to Ascension Online College’s mission.
