The Mission:
Own the sales function from the ground up. That means strategy, recruiting, training, compensation plans, KPIs, sales process optimization—and most importantly, results .

What You’ll Do:

  • Build, lead, and scale a high-performance sales force across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services

  • Develop strategic sales initiatives to increase revenue and expand market share

  • Set and monitor aggressive KPIs for team performance, conversion rates, and average ticket size

  • Recruit and coach top producers —and know how to exit those who aren't

  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure leads are hot and customers are wowed

  • Optimize CRM usage and leverage data for decision-making

  • Report directly to the CEO and drive company-wide growth
