The Sales Lead provides an exceptional customer experience by encouraging the team to meet sales goals, while leading and supporting store teams and overall store operations.
Location : Las Vegas - Las Vegas, NV 89118 US
Schedule : Weekend availability is required
Pay : $16.00 hourly

Job Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers throughout their shopping experience
- Maximize sales by suggesting products and up-selling when appropriate
- Remain knowledgeable of the store’s merchandise and current promotions
- Train store associates on daily operations and best sales practices
- Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the store; maintain store displays and merchandise
- Replenish backstock, ensuring appropriate levels of merchandise on the floor
- Conduct markdowns of merchandise as instructed
- Perform opening/closing duties, including securing cash registers and store security
- Communicate customer complaints and inventory concerns to management in a timely manner
- Oversee the opening and closing of the store
- Resolve employee conflicts and escalate to upper management as appropriate
- Count cash drawers, complete deposit slips, close registers, and complete required documentation
- Other duties may be assigned
Job Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced retail environment
- Early and late shift availability
- Ability to multitask and problem solve
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Demonstrated customer service experience
- Ability to resolve minor customer service conflicts
- Alcohol Beverage Awareness (TAM Card) may be required
- Additional security clearance may be required
- Satisfactory criminal background check and drug testing may be required
Additional Requirements
- Frequent standing, walking, climbing, crouching, bending, pushing, or pulling
- Normal or corrected vision and hearing
- Ability to distinguish varying or specific colors, patterns, or materials to assist customers
- Fluency in English required for training, customer interactions, and compliance
- Typically indoors in a consistent temperature environment
- Use of fine motor hand functions
- Lift 0-60 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation
