Roving Property Manager – $2,000 Sign On Bonus

The compensation for this position is $95,000.00/yr – $110,000.00/yr; the actual pay will be based on your experience and skills.
Primary Responsibilities
- Ability to travel (roving) amongst a portfolio of properties within Miami.
- Leading by example and being a role model for core values and culture.
- Execution of sales, marketing and operational activities to achieve occupancy and retention goals.
- Managing the financial performance of properties.
- Creating and delivering accurate financial and operational reports to clients.
- Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships and loyalty with all constituents.
- Partnering with consumer marketing to implement marketing strategies.
- Consistent guest satisfaction yielding outstanding ratings and reviews.
- Working weekends when prospective residents are looking for new homes—one weekend per month with two days off during the week.
- Inspiring professional growth and development of all team members.
- Rolling up your sleeves and assisting team members—no job is “below your pay grade.”
Qualifications
- 4‑year college degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- 5+ years of experience in property management, hospitality or retail.
- Strong leadership track record.
- Impeccable client and customer relationship record.
- Revenue, budget and P&L management experience.
- Proficiency with industry software (YARDI preferred).
- Strong financial skills with basic knowledge of GAAP.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Sharp professional appearance.

Salary Range
$95,000—$110,000 USD
