Overview

Pure Barre is the national leader in barre fitness with more than 500 locations in the United States and Canada. Pure Barre Boynton Beach, FL is expanding its team and seeking a qualified Sales Representative focused on driving sales and service excellence to grow the Pure Barre community. This is a part-time role with a rotating weekend morning shift, offering an opportunity to interact with clients daily and help create a supportive and meaningful community.

Position

The Sales Representative assists the General Manager with new membership sales by bringing in new members, building relationships, providing a positive experience, and guiding prospects through the sales process to a membership sale. The role also supports retention and delivers unmated customer service to current members. Boutique fitness knowledge or experience is preferred but not required.

Requirements

  • Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
  • Warm, welcoming, and engaging personality
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships
  • Goal-oriented with ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, and private training
  • Self-motivated and takes initiative
  • Ability to learn and use the ClubReady software system
  • Must be fluent in English with excellent communication via in-person, phone, and email
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Occasional travel may be required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Authorization to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Execute the sales process of lead generation, follow-up, and close
  • Conduct tours of the facility, establish relationships, and assess individual goals and needs
  • Maintain an acceptable level of personal sales production
  • Promote the club as a fitness and wellness provider
  • Present available services to current or prospective members
  • Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quotas
  • Participate in special events to promote the club (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, community and hospital events)
  • Develop selling skills through ongoing activity
  • Process accurate cash and credit card transactions
  • Follow up and follow-through with prospective clients
  • Input inventory for retail clothing and other items
  • Attend and complete all relative training programs
  • Take pictures for social media platforms
  • Light cleaning of the retail area, studio, and restrooms
  • Other duties as assigned
