Associate Director, Human Capital Operations

Founded in 2008, Serent Capital is a leading lower-middle market private equity firm with nearly $5 billion in assets under management. We invest in founder-led, vertically focused B2B technology and tech-enabled services companies.

The Associate Director, Human Capital Operations will be responsible for managing all operational and reporting aspects of the Human Capital function, while championing the use of Generative AI and emerging technologies to streamline processes, enhance reporting, and improve scalability.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Executive Search Operations: Manage requisition inputs, track searches in PowerBI, and update all searches in SharePoint and Thrive.
• Human Capital Operations (Non-Search): Maintain HC Dashboard, manage portfolio company records, administer surveys, and maintain document management standards.
• Compensation Benchmarking: Provide ad hoc compensation data from internal and external sources for deal teams and portfolio companies.

Qualifications

• Required : 3+ years in professional services, operations, HR, or related field, strength in document management, operational/process management, and analytics.
• Preferred : Change management exposure, private equity or investment environment familiarity, HR technology expertise, and interest in Generative AI.

Education

Bachelors Degree required. Preferred undergraduate degree: Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or Engineering.

Base pay range: $95,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr
