Director, Northbound Executive Search

Our client is looking for a Director of Sales and Customer Service to join their team.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of a rapidly expanding, multi-site contact center
Drive sales performance and customer satisfaction outcomes
Recruit, develop, and scale supervisors and front-line leadership teams
Leverage KPIs and data analytics to optimize staffing, productivity, and growth
Collaborate cross-functionally to align sales and service strategies
Optimize and scale cloud-based contact center technologies
Establish the call center as a central driver of revenue growth

Requirements

10+ years call center leadership experience
Strong sales-driven mindset with deep KPI ownership
Multi-site leadership experience preferred
Proven ability to scale teams in high-growth environments
