Senior Director – Infinite Computer Solutions
Job Description
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Java-based applications and services.
- Build backend services, REST APIs; integrate databases; create microservices; support CI/CD, code reviews, and performance improvements.
- Work with Java 11+, Spring Boot, REST, Microservices, SQL/NoSQL, Kafka, Docker/K8s, and cloud fundamentals.
- Write simple services, fix bugs, follow design guidance, write unit tests.
- Own microservices, improve code quality, understand cloud deployment, handle integrations.
- Architectural decision‑making for high‑scale services, performance tuning, and standards definition.
- Lead enterprise architecture, platform modernization; coach teams and drive engineering roadmap.
Qualifications
- B.E/B.Tech degree.
- 15–20 years of relevant experience.
- Extensive experience with Java 11+, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, SQL/NoSQL databases, Kafka, Docker/K8s, and cloud platforms.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and shape engineering roadmaps.
