We are partnering with a luxury brand seeking an accomplished and service-driven Boutique Director to lead its flagship retail operation in New York.

The Role

As Boutique Director , you will hold full responsibility for the strategic and operational performance of the boutique. You will lead by example, cultivate an exceptional client culture, and ensure consistent excellence across service delivery, people leadership, and commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Client Experience & Brand Representation

• Champion an elevated, personalised client journey aligned with luxury service standards
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with top‑tier and VIC clients
• Act as a senior brand ambassador, embodying the house’s values at all times

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead, inspire, and develop a high‑performing management and sales team
• Drive a culture of accountability, professionalism, and service excellence
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and succession planning

Commercial & Strategic Performance

• Own boutique performance, KPIs, and profitability targets
• Translate global strategy into effective local execution
• Analyse performance data to identify growth opportunities and drive results
• Ensure impeccable boutique standards, visual presentation, and compliance
• Oversee stock management, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency
• Maintain adherence to policies, procedures, and retail excellence guidelines

Profile

• Proven leadership experience at Boutique Director / Store Director level within luxury retail
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic mindset
• Exceptional clienteling and relationship management skills
• Confident, composed leadership style with a hands‑on approach
• Flexible availability, including weekends and key trading periods
