Overview

Join Beiersdorf as an E-Commerce Coordinator, Amazon to support our Amazon Vendor Central operations in Stamford, CT.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze weekly Amazon orders, check for data errors, and report final confirmed order details to Demand Planning.
  • Execute day‑to‑day catalog hygiene: routinely audit Product Detail Pages (PDPs), ensure promotions and variations are live and accurate, and capture competitor pricing for key event periods.
  • Own assortment variation execution and maintenance; coordinate and elevate deviations with Account Team and Customer Success Managers.
  • Monitor unauthorized 3P sellers on PDPs; flag sellers who win the Buy Box, alter content, or violate brand policies.
  • Raise and manage Brand Registry cases to address trademark infringement, counterfeit products, or incorrect content contributed by other sellers.
  • Track pricing integrity: monitor key product pricing, identify Amazon price‑matching instances at other retailers, monitor Minimum Advertised Price Policy (MAPP) violations, and maintain a tracker of all identified pricing discrepancies.
  • Escalate pricing issues to the relevant Account Manager or Director for commercial review; flag suppressed Buy Box instances.
  • Resolve operational health issues: immediately own Andon Cord pulls or product suppression, investigate root causes, and raise detailed support tickets with Amazon to restore product availability.
  • Serve as the team expert in opening, tracking, and following up on all support tickets with Amazon Vendor Central to resolve operational, catalog, and financial issues.
  • Handle New Item Setup (NIS) and content execution tasks.
  • Provide reporting and data support for the Amazon business.

Profile / Qualifications

  • 1‑3 years of experience in eCommerce, operations, or administrative roles; direct experience within the Amazon ecosystem is a plus.
  • Hands‑on proficiency with Amazon Vendor Central; strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables).
  • Experience with ISTA6 testing, retail web portals (e.g., Profitero), and SAP R3 is a plus.
  • High attention to detail, strong problem‑solving, organization, and communication skills.
  • Collaborative team player with an ownership mindset and a passion for maintaining the health of the Amazon presence.
