This is a rare opportunity to be part of a high-caliber team focused on designing, developing, and optimizing fully automated trading strategies across global options markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement systematic trading strategies across index options and related derivatives
• Develop and refine predictive models using statistical and machine learning methods
• Analyze large volumes of market, order book, and proprietary data to identify inefficiencies and opportunities
• Optimize execution logic and order placement to enhance trading performance
• Partner with developers to ensure robust implementation of trading infrastructure and research tools

Preferred Experience

• 3+ years of experience in systematic trading or quantitative research, ideally with a focus on index or options markets
• Strong programming proficiency (Python, C++, or similar)
• Deep understanding of financial markets, options pricing, and microstructure
• Proven ability to extract and test trading signals from complex datasets
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in fast-paced, research-driven environments
