Position Overview
Assistant Security Director – Securitas Security Services USA, Inc.
Location: Miami, FL
Pay
Base pay range: $29.00/hr – $30.00/hr
Responsibilities
The Assistant Security Director maintains a safe and secure environment for clients by managing security services and related operations for assigned accounts, including client service, problem resolution, service enhancement, new business development, operational effectiveness, preparation of post orders, staffing, scheduling, supervision, and training. The role provides leadership direction to Security Supervisors on priorities and needs of the site.
Qualifications
Experience in positions such as Operations Manager, Site Supervisor, or Account Manager is preferred. Candidates should embody Securitas core values: Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness.
