Senior Estimator

We've partnered with a $100M steel erector company looking to hire a Senior Estimator in Cincinnati, OH.
Responsibilities
- Review construction bid documents.
- Calculate the values of administration, procurement, materials, equipment, and material installation.
- Evaluate bid specifications and drawings.
- Follow up with general contractors.
- Lead, direct, and coordinate daily project management.
- Set up job reports for cost analysis and help facilitate job completion.
- Create clear and attainable project objectives, build project requirements, and manage project management constraints (cost, time, scope, quality, etc.).
Requirements
- Project management degree, estimating training, and/or 10+ years in the construction industry.
- 4+ years of experience working for a steel erector.
- Acute attention to detail and extensive knowledge in the steel construction trade.
- Strong computer skills with emphasis on Bluebeam, and Project Management software.
