Business Development Lead

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow small to mid-sized accounts, ensuring strong customer relationships.
  • Drive deals to closure by acquiring and expanding accounts.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through market research, cold calling, and email marketing.
  • Conduct sales meetings, product demos, and negotiations via phone, web, and in-person.
  • Identify customer pain points and position IT-based SaaS solutions effectively.
  • Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in IT-based SaaS product sales for US/UK/Canada/Europe region.
  • Strong account management and customer relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Business acumen and problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience with long sales cycles and closing high-value deals.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and sales automation tools.
  • Experience using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Apollo.io
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and a team player.
