Role Overview:

As the Director of Operations Assistant with a focus on marketing, you will support our operations director and lead marketing initiatives to enhance our brand presence and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies.
  • Create and manage content for social media and other marketing channels.
  • Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages promptly.
  • Coordinate and manage marketing campaigns and content creation.
  • Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand our services.
  • Maintain communication with clients to address questions and provide updates.
  • Collaborate across departments to align marketing and operations activities.
  • Support various departments with administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in marketing and client services.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, & X).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in the financial security industry is preferred.
