Role Overview:
As the Director of Operations Assistant with a focus on marketing, you will support our operations director and lead marketing initiatives to enhance our brand presence and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies.
- Create and manage content for social media and other marketing channels.
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages promptly.
- Coordinate and manage marketing campaigns and content creation.
- Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand our services.
- Maintain communication with clients to address questions and provide updates.
- Collaborate across departments to align marketing and operations activities.
- Support various departments with administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in marketing and client services.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, & X).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in the financial security industry is preferred.
