Schedule: Full-time, 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM (occasional flexibility to start earlier)

Overview

Join a fast-paced call center team assisting people with questions about commuter benefits (T passes and Commuter Rail) available through a federal pre-tax program. You’ll be handling mostly inbound calls and a few outbound follow-ups for escalated issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer up to 100 inbound calls daily from individuals inquiring about commuter benefits
  • Make occasional outbound calls for escalated issues
  • Provide clear, helpful, and professional customer service
  • Navigate systems to assist with benefit-related questions and updates
  • Training is onsite in Waltham for the first 2–3 weeks, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • After training, the schedule is hybrid: in-office Tuesdays and Wednesdays, remote the other days
  • Must be open to going into the Boston office occasionally (Commuter Rail is recommended from Waltham or your home)
