Senior Director, Financial Management (FP&A)- Card

Overview

We are looking for candidates to join our leadership team in Card FP&A who have superior analytical skills, the ability to build collaborative partnerships across a broad set of stakeholders, exceptional problem‑solving abilities in undefined and complex situations, and robust stakeholder management. You will have the opportunity to work directly with the Card Business Leadership Team, the Card Finance Leadership Team, and key senior leaders across various Finance disciplines, including Corporate Planning, Accounting, Balance Sheet & Capital Planning, and Corporate Development.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or other quantitative discipline, or military experience
  • At least 10 years of experience in Finance, Business Analytics, Accounting, Strategy Consulting, or a combination
  • At least 6 years of experience managing a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function
  • At least 5 years of people management experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Master’s Degree in Finance
  • Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) license or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license10+ years of experience managing a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function
  • 10+ years of people management experience including both direct & indirect reports

Salary

Chicago, IL: $217,000 - $247,700 for Sr. Director, Financial Mgt
McLean, VA: $238,700 - $272,400 for Sr. Director, Financial Mgt
New York, NY: $260,400 - $297,200 for Sr. Director, Financial Mgt
Richmond, VA: $217,000 - $247,700 for Sr. Director, Financial Mgt

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
