The Role

What You’ll Do:

  • Inspire and lead by upholding Event Network’s Core Values.
  • Collaborate with the Store Director to recruit, develop, and mentor a talented team.
  • Drive excellence by managing daily operations focused on guest service, visual merchandising, and sales.
  • Create memorable experiences, ensuring every guest leaves satisfied.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and anticipate trends.
  • Hold yourself and your team to the highest performance standards.

What You Bring

  • At least three years of retail leadership experience.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and passion for sales.
  • Proven ability to hire, train, and inspire a team.
  • Deep commitment to guest service and creating memorable experiences.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Positive energy and track record of fostering a positive work environment.

Physical Demands

  • Stand, walk, and handle merchandise frequently.
  • Reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed.
  • Lift and/or move up to 40 pounds regularly.
