$180,000.00/yr - $210,000.00/yr

Our client is seeking aprocess-driven Director of Supply Chain & Operations to lead end-to-end inventory, procurement, planning, and warehouse operations while playing a key role in the reimplementation of the ERP system (Macola ). This is an opportunity to make a company-wide impact by optimizing supply chain workflows and implementing scalable operational practices during a period of rapid growth and organizational change.

The role reports directly to the CEO and will initially focus on core operations in the NJ/PA area, with future involvement in integrating newly acquisitions.

.What You'll Do

• Lead and manage inventory control, purchasing, logistics, materials planning, and warehousing
• Drive process improvements and establish SOPs across all operational areas
• Serve as thesubject matter expert and operational lead for the ERP (Macola) reimplementation
• Implement and refineMRP processes and ensure alignment across departments
• Map and optimize workflows around inventory, invoicing, and production planning
• Resolve production/materials issues to prevent downtime and ensure timely delivery
• Oversee field service operations and related project initiatives
• Facilitate ERP testing, data migration, documentation, and user training
• Champion continuous improvement and change management initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• 15+ years of supply chain and planning experience, including team leadership
• 7+ years in operations with direct ERP involvement; 3+ years leading ERP reimplementation projects
• Expertise in warehouse operations, inventory control, procurement, andMRP systems
• Familiarity withMacola ERP strongly preferred
• APICS/CPIM certification is a plus
• Knowledge of ISO-9000, Lean, Six Sigma, or 5S methodologies is desirable
• Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Thrives insmall, fast-paced environments and enjoys wearing multiple hats
