Director of Distribution

Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Multi-Site Director of Distribution in the Houston, TX area. The candidate will drive results that achieve budgeted costs and progress against effectiveness of KPI’s. They will be responsible for working with senior management on marketing and sales initiatives. Must have multi-site distribution leadership experience

Base pay range

$180,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Understand the entire distribution and store operations
• Manage supply chain programs to provide lower product cost
• Develop, monitor and report KPI’s for all distribution operations
• Provide leadership in distribution and supply chain initiatives
• Responsible for overseeing distribution center employees
• Execute all day to day activities
• Responsible for safety and engagement process
• Develop and implement budgets
• Oversee, manage, and report operational expenses
• Supervise and coach direct reports including performance reviews

Requirements

• 10+ years’ logistics experience
• Knowledge of warehouse and transportation management systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
