Associate Director of E-Billing

Location: Hybrid (with 2 day in-office presence)

Industry: Leading AmLaw 200 Law Firm

Compensation: $185,000–$225,000

We are partnering with a Top 200 AmLaw firm to recruit an experienced Associate Director of E-Billing to lead a critical function within their billing operations. This is a strategic leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a measurable impact at one of the most prestigious firms in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of e-billing operations, including invoice submissions, compliance, and client-specific requirements.
• Manage rate setups, annual increases, and vendor site maintenance.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
• Generate and analyze reports to identify trends, resolve issues, and drive strategic decisions.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (10+ years in billing/e-billing).
• Prior law firm experience is required .
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Expertise in e-billing platforms (BillBlast, Aderant) and advanced Excel reporting.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
