Responsibilities:

1. Create Business and Function Requirements
2. Data Mining and Transformation
3. Work closely with IT, PM, and Operations partners
4. Develop Interfaces - Web GUI / API
5. Collaborate with Data Providers Vendors (Internal & External)
6. Define EPICs and User Stories based on Client Requirements
7. Engage with Stakeholders
8. Documentation and User Training

Mandatory Skills:

• Minimum 6 years experience as Business Analyst
• Strong background in financial reference data and capital markets
• Proficient in SQL (querying, analysis, troubleshooting)
• Strong data analysis and data mapping skills
• College degree, specialized training, or equivalent work experience
• Data-oriented with excellent attention to detail
• Understanding of business process reengineering, business modeling, and systems development lifecycle
• Good communication skills with assertiveness
• Strong analytical and writing skills, including functional and technical specifications
• Knowledge of the Testing Lifecycle: SIT, UAT, and Production
• Understanding of Data Vendor/Data Source Hierarchy for Golden Copy
