Overview
Our client, a leading global law firm, is seeking a Marketing & Business Development Coordinator to support their Intellectual Property (IP) practice.
Schedule: Hybrid 4 days in office
Duties
- Organizing, editing, and formatting of pitches and proposals in coordination with lawyers and other M&BD colleagues to respond to pitch opportunities and RFPs in a coordinated, strategic, and timely way
- Assist in the creation and regular update of marketing collateral, including web content, brochures, practice descriptions and credentials, and matter descriptions
- Read industry, legal, and business publications to remain aware of trends that may impact the practice and to identify promotional opportunities
- Support submissions to major award programs as needed by working with partners to draft descriptions that feature key legal matters and identification of client references in adherence to fixed deadlines
- Helping to implement and drive forward projects designed to raise the profile and grow the Americas IP practice in the U.S. and Mexico
Qualifications
- 1-3+ years of experience in a legal setting or professional services industry
- Intellectual Property is a plus, we are open to other areas of law
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in iPublish, InterAction, Foundation is desirable
- Spanish fluency is a plus
