Digital Marketing Manager (Hospitality)

We’re looking for a creative, results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to grow our hotel and resort partners across multiple channels. You’ll play a key role in executing marketing campaigns, analyzing performance data, and collaborating to drive bookings and support lead generation– working with leading hospitality brands Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, independent hotels/resorts and restaurants.

You’ll help generate measurable results and strategic growth across the businesses we serve using cutting edge hospitality technology.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic plans, execute campaigns, and optimize performance across digital platforms—including website optimization, SEO, and paid media.
  • Lead marketing strategy calls with clients and internal teams
  • Complete website updates using brand guidelines and CMS platforms.
  • Establish, update, and maintain third-party listings and directories.
  • Strategize, build, and execute email marketing campaigns.
  • Manage content creation across social media, email, blog posts, and paid advertising.
  • Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights through regular reporting.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor strategies, and growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate creation and updates of marketing collateral and brand assets.
  • Potential for travel and client site visits

Qualifications

  • BS/BA in Marketing or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a marketing role
  • Exceptional writing, communication, and time management skills
  • Seeks opportunities to expand accounts and add value beyond the brief
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently and in collaborative environments
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital advertising best practices
  • Familiarity with restaurant marketing is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality or travel industry
  • Experience with independent hotels or major brands such as Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton, or IHG
  • Proactive, relationship-driven Account Manager who thrives in client conversations
  • Comfortable leading calls, meetings, and strategic conversations
  • Anticipates client needs and turns them into opportunities

Compensation
