Job Description
Position Purpose: Generate highly qualified leads through door‑to‑door canvassing, recording accurate data on prospective customers and target markets. Eligible for a base monthly driving incentive with variable mileage reimbursement.
Position Responsibilities
- Generate leads and qualified sales opportunities by canvassing assigned territory.
- Transport yourself to assigned territory and represent Renewal by Andersen professionally.
- Use Renewal by Andersen mapping program and business applications to maintain accurate house‑to‑house records.
- Maintain a courteous, neat, clean appearance in required uniform, complying with municipal regulations.
- Master Renewal by Andersen product knowledge, methodology, and current promotions; become a Signature Service expert.
- Communicate with the Direct Marketing Manager to improve canvassing program effectiveness.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent, OR minimum 2 years of experience.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum age 18 and covered by company driving insurance policy.
- Reliable transportation to navigate territory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Goal‑oriented, self‑motivated.
- Proficiency navigating multiple tablet platforms.
- Attend company meetings as required.
Pay Range
$19.23 – $28.84
