Job Description

Position Purpose: Generate highly qualified leads through door‑to‑door canvassing, recording accurate data on prospective customers and target markets. Eligible for a base monthly driving incentive with variable mileage reimbursement.

Position Responsibilities

• Generate leads and qualified sales opportunities by canvassing assigned territory.
• Transport yourself to assigned territory and represent Renewal by Andersen professionally.
• Use Renewal by Andersen mapping program and business applications to maintain accurate house‑to‑house records.
• Maintain a courteous, neat, clean appearance in required uniform, complying with municipal regulations.
• Master Renewal by Andersen product knowledge, methodology, and current promotions; become a Signature Service expert.
• Communicate with the Direct Marketing Manager to improve canvassing program effectiveness.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, OR minimum 2 years of experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum age 18 and covered by company driving insurance policy.
• Reliable transportation to navigate territory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Goal‑oriented, self‑motivated.
• Proficiency navigating multiple tablet platforms.
• Attend company meetings as required.

Pay Range

$19.23 – $28.84
