What You'll Do

• Help design and execute B2B LinkedIn strategies focused on lead generation and brand awareness.
• Work with brand, SEO, and content teams to align messaging.
• Support automation flows and social selling initiatives.
• Analyze performance data to help optimize content and campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with and support social media team members.

What we are looking for

• Experience in social media roles with LinkedIn knowledge.
• Background in B2B or tech social media.
• Experience with social media strategy development.
• Degree in marketing, communications, business or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of using LinkedIn as a B2B growth channel.
• Experience with social selling strategies.
• Good copywriting skills with ability to create engaging copy for business audiences.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms.
