Livis Consulting , a trusted provider of IT services and training solutions to federal agencies, is seeking an experienced Training Specialist to join our team. This role is based in Stafford, VA , with telework flexibility . Candidates must reside in the VA/MD/DC area and be able to commute to the Stafford office twice a month .

Required Qualifications

• Active Secret or Top Secret clearance
• 2+ years of hands-on curriculum development experience
• Proficiency with Adobe Captivate
• Expertise in designing and delivering Computer-Based Training (CBT) modules
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint
• Exceptional writing and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with CODIS software
• Proficiency with HTML5
• Proficiency with Adobe RoboHelp
• Degree in Biology or background in DNA software applications
