Job Description:

We are seeking energetic, creative, and enthusiastic Style Advisors at our state-of-the-art San Mateo location. This role offers a chance to make a significant impact in a dynamic organization.

The Style Advisor provides an exceptional customer experience to visitors of Equinox and Shop. They follow directives from the Shop MOD on business strategies and operational tasks.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Achieving monthly sales goals and contributing to overall store sales
2. Ensuring an unparalleled customer experience
3. Maintaining knowledge of all services, programs, and products
4. Upholding loss prevention and inventory policies
5. Ensuring the shop reflects brand standards through merchandising and presentation
6. Maintaining cleanliness and organization standards
7. Building effective relationships with colleagues and clients
8. Communicating effectively and supporting company policies and initiatives

Qualifications:

• Ability to follow directions
• Experience in customer service, preferably retail
• Honest, diligent, and with integrity
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Open to new techniques and ideas
• Flexible schedule based on business needs

Physical Requirements:

• Standing, sitting, walking, squatting, bending, reaching

Pay:

$17.95/hour plus incentives
