Paid Search Manager

LaSalle Network has partnered with a boutique digital marketing agency in downtown Chicago in looking for a Paid Search Manager . This role will own the strategy and execution of lower-funnel paid search campaigns, with a strong emphasis on Google Performance Max, conversion-driven search, and ROI-focused optimization.

As the Paid Search Manager , you will work closely with internal strategy, analytics, and client teams to drive measurable business outcomes across a diverse portfolio of clients. This is a hands‑on role for someone who loves performance marketing, testing, and continuously improving results.

Paid Search Manager What You’ll Do

  • Own end‑to‑end paid search strategy and execution across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, with a heavy focus on lower‑funnel and conversion‑driven campaigns
  • Build, manage, and optimize Performance Max campaigns, including asset strategy, audience signals, and feed‑based initiatives
  • Develop and optimize search, shopping, and remarketing campaigns to drive revenue, leads, and efficiency
  • Analyze performance trends and make data‑driven recommendations to improve ROAS, CPA, and conversion volume
  • Partner closely with analytics teams to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting
  • Conduct ongoing testing across keywords, creative, landing pages, and bidding strategies
  • Prepare clear, insightful performance reporting and present results to internal stakeholders and clients
  • Stay current on Google Ads platform updates and best practices, especially around automation and AI‑driven solutions

Paid Search Manager What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of hands‑on paid search experience in an agency environment
  • Proven experience managing lower‑funnel paid search campaigns with a performance mindset
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Performance Max
  • Experience with conversion tracking, attribution models, and performance measurement
  • Comfortable managing multiple client accounts and budgets simultaneously
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Strong communication skills and confidence collaborating with both internal teams and clients

Paid Search Manager Nice to Have

  • Experience with eCommerce or lead generation clients
  • Exposure to feed management, Merchant Center, or Shopping campaigns
  • Familiarity with GA4, Looker Studio, or similar reporting tools
  • Experience testing and implementing automated bidding and AI‑driven optimizations

Salary: $90,000 with medical, dental, vision, PTO and 401k offered.
