Digital Media Manager
Envisionit, a Chicago-based digital marketing agency, seeks a Digital Media Manager to lead paid social campaigns for destination brands.
Base Pay
$70,000.00/yr – $90,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end setup, launch, and optimization of paid media campaigns across Meta, Snapchat, and TikTok.
- Monitor daily and weekly performance, execute data‑driven optimizations, and adjust budgets, bids, and ads to meet target KPIs.
- Coordinate with account leads, project managers, and internal Creative & Analytics teams for campaign timelines, tracking, and reporting.
- Maintain accurate tracking, pixels, and attribution systems for seamless measurement.
- Reconcile monthly spend and support finance resolution of discrepancies.
- Deliver data‑driven insights and client‑presentable reports.
Qualifications
- 3–4 years of hands‑on paid social media experience for destination brands.
- 1+ year managing Google & Bing Ads with proven performance improvement.
- Proficiency with automated bid strategies (tCPA, tROAS, rule‑based bidding).
- Experience designing and executing test strategies and in‑flight optimization.
- Self‑starter who sees projects through from concept to delivery.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
