Enterprise Relationship Manager – Strategic Partnerships

Overview

Our client, a rapidly growing digital marketing technology organization, is seeking a highly strategic, relationship-driven professional to lead enterprise partnerships and integrations. In this role, you’ll build and nurture high-value relationships, drive Go-To-Market alignment, and expand partner-led revenue opportunities through strong collaboration and execution.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Partnership & GTM Leadership

  • Develop and execute partnership and Go-To-Market strategies that expand enterprise integration opportunities.
  • Anticipate partner needs, craft scalable delivery models, and align business goals for maximum mutual value.
  • Cultivate a strategic selling mindset that drives consistent, measurable partner success.

Account & Relationship Management

  • Manage enterprise-level partnerships from initial engagement through full maturity.
  • Serve as the central liaison for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring strong alignment and satisfaction.
  • Drive partner-led revenue growth through deep relationship management and proactive collaboration.

Integration & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Oversee technical, operational, and marketing integrations with key platform partners.
  • Partner with internal teams (finance, product, marketing, support) to ensure seamless execution and communication.
  • Maintain unified direction and shared accountability across all integration stakeholders.

White-Label & Platform Attachment

  • Identify and pursue opportunities to embed solutions into partner offerings (white-label or platform-attached models).
  • Clearly articulate the integration path and value proposition for both partners and their end customers.
  • Develop creative strategies to expand reach, adoption, and joint success across the ecosystem.

Operational Execution & Account Growth

  • Shadow existing enterprise accounts to understand workflows and identify growth potential.
  • Lead onboarding for new partnerships and transition accounts from setup to long-term management.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify new partnership channels and expand existing relationships.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $90,000 – $100,000
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $140,000 – $150,000 (uncapped)

Base Pay Range : $90,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr
