Overview
As the Paid Media Senior Specialist specializing in Paid Social and Programmatic Display at JCPenney, you will be a vital member of the marketing team responsible for driving brand awareness, consideration, engagement, and traffic. Your focus on paid social and programmatic display advertising will play a crucial role in shaping our paid media strategies and reaching our target audience effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop paid media strategies that align with brand objectives and target audience insights, with a strong emphasis on paid social and programmatic display channels
  • Campaign Execution: Execute end-to-end paid social and programmatic display campaigns, including campaign setup, creative development, audience targeting, and ongoing optimization
  • Paid Social Expertise: Leverage your deep understanding of paid social platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc) to create engaging ad creatives, set up audience segments, and manage campaign budgets effectively
  • Programmatic Display Proficiency: Use programmatic advertising platforms to manage and optimize display campaigns across various networks, ensuring high-quality ad placements and performance
  • Lead all co-op paid media opportunities by working collaboratively with teams such as product marketing and creative
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization. Use data insights to inform strategic decisions and maximize campaign effectiveness
  • Collaboration: Coordinate closely with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with the target audience and align with brand messaging
  • Testing and Experimentation: Design and implement A/B testing strategies
  • Budget Management: Manage allocated budgets for paid social and programmatic display campaigns, ensuring efficient spending and delivering strong ROI
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports detailing campaign performance, key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, specializing in paid social and programmatic display advertising
  • Proficiency in paid social platforms, programmatic advertising platforms, and data analytics tools
  • Solid understanding of brand building marketing strategies and audience targeting
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop impactful ad creatives and messaging
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable interpreting data to optimize campaigns
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Pay Range
USD $54,000.00 - USD $87,000.00 /Yr.
