Exciting Opportunity: Director of Training and Development

Location: Dallas, TX (must be based here)

CORY is hiring a Director of Training and Development who is passionate and driven about training teams and driving operational performance, ready to innovate and make a real impact every day.

Your Responsibilities as a Leader:

• Design and execute a holistic learning and development strategy that supports the organization's objectives.
• Responsible for developing and implementing training programs, workshops, and e-learning initiatives for the company's multifamily properties.
• Conduct training needs assessments through surveys, performance evaluations, and consultations with leadership.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and make adjustments as needed.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Spearhead new hire orientation, integrating company policies, culture, and available resources.
• Effectively administer the learning and development budget.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning to enhance retention, engagement, and career development.
• Develop and oversee a structured mentor training program to foster leadership, enhance retention, and strengthen operational performance.

The Skills & Experience You Possess:

• A minimum of 5-7 years in multifamily, with specific training and development experience.
• Experience overseeing training and development on a national scale.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory - up to 20%.
• Must have experience in multifamily property management.
