Responsibilities include identifying theft and fraud incidents, reviewing CCTV and exception reports, monitoring physical security, auditing Electronic Article Surveillance, and promoting a shrink elimination culture. Additional duties involve preparing detailed case reports, preserving evidence, interacting with law enforcement, and testifying in court. The specialist must report hazardous conditions, minimize injury risks, demonstrate integrity, and support store-specific objectives while maintaining focus on asset protection and operational responsibilities.
