A community-focused organization in Miami seeks a results-driven Director of Development to lead fundraising initiatives and nurture donor relationships. The role requires achieving a Year 1 goal of $750K in unrestricted giving, managing a portfolio of 175–225 donors. Responsibilities include cultivating relationships, leveraging events, and ensuring donor engagement.
