Executive Summary

As a strategic leader, you will design and execute the Data Management and Analytics Program. You will lead teams across governance, architecture, integration, and analytics to transform data into actionable business insights. You are responsible for fostering a culture of innovation, leveraging thought leadership and modern technology to drive the organization’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Vision: Establish and execute the enterprise data roadmap, including data warehousing, BI, AI, and cloud-native analytics.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor data architects and engineers; build a "Center of Excellence" that supports self‑service insights and advanced reporting.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage department budgets, vendor relationships, and resource modeling to ensure disciplined project delivery and performance management.
  • Data Governance: Champion the enterprise data governance framework to ensure data quality, integrity, security, and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaboration: Partner with cross‑functional leaders to align technology strategy with business goals, uncovering trends and driving data‑driven decision‑making.

Requirements

Experience & Education

  • Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in information management and the full SDLC; 6+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Technical Depth: 7+ years in statistical analysis/research. Expert‑level knowledge of SQL, Python, R, and the Microsoft Power Platform.
