Job Summary:

Pivot Energy is a national renewable energy provider dedicated to developing and managing solar and energy storage projects. They are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to lead the development of process efficiencies within their Salesforce CRM, focusing on user management, support, and training while translating business processes into technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying and gathering business requirements from users and stakeholders

• Creating and executing development plans

• Salesforce configuration changes and maintenance, including but not limited to: Flows, page layouts, record types, fields, custom settings, API integrations, dashboards, and reports

• Managing roles, profiles, sharing rules, and groups

• Performing database maintenance tasks

• Documenting processes and training materials

• Addressing user support tickets

• New hire and existing employee training

• Other special projects and/or duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Required:

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• High degree of proficiency with Salesforce development

• Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills with an aptitude for building rapport

• Ability to prioritize and manage deadlines

• Demonstrate ability to work autonomously

• Desire to develop relationships within the organization across teams

• A proven track record of implementing Salesforce and business improvements

• Experience providing excellent user support

• Ability to develop and implement a training curriculum for employees remotely

Preferred:

• 2-5 years of Salesforce Administrator experience

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Administration, or a closely related field, or equivalent work experience
