Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in Salesforce development, specifically with Apex.
- Proven experience in leading cloud projects and initiatives.
- Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Architect) preferred.
- Proficient in Salesforce, Apex, and cloud technologies.
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of Salesforce applications using Apex and cloud technologies.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Implement best practices for Apex development, ensuring code quality and efficiency.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members.
- Participate in the testing and deployment of solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Monitor and optimize Salesforce performance to ensure high availability and responsiveness.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices to recommend improvements.
