Salesforce Architect

Base pay range

$60.00/hr - $65.00/hr

Responsibilities

• A Senior Salesforce Enterprise Architect applies management skills and specialized functional and technical expertise to support complex Salesforce projects, applying enterprise architecture principles.
• Utilizes methods such as IT business systems development and technical solutions that align with business processes for Salesforce applications.
• Accomplishes this through requirements analysis, needs assessments, and selection and implementation of integration strategies, including lifecycle sustainability.
• Provides subject matter expertise in industry and specific knowledge of methods including enterprise strategy, enterprise architecture development and management; business process design and re‑engineering; investment decision‑making and support for solution architecture development/management; and supports attainment of business strategy and its alignment with processes and IT strategy.

Qualifications & Experience

• Possession of a bachelor’s degree in an IT‑related or Engineering field.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of applying specifically for Salesforce applications Enterprise Architecture principles. At least five (5) years of that experience must be in a lead capacity.
• Experience and expertise of 5+ years in Microsoft 365 compliance and security architecture.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Purview and G5 Compliance capabilities; proven success implementing compliance in regulated environments (CJIS, HIPAA, FedRAMP High).
• Strong understanding of Zero Trust architecture, Conditional Access, and Entra ID governance.
• Experience supporting AI governance or responsible AI initiatives in enterprise settings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Graph API, PowerShell, and KQL for compliance automation and reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across technical and executive audiences.
• One of the following certifications: SC‑400, SC‑100, MS‑102, SC‑300, CIPP/US or CIPP/G, CISA (or equivalent).
