Oracle Fusion HCM Techno‑Functional Lead – CDC
Base pay range: $70.00/hr - $75.00/hr

Responsibilities
- 15 years of functional experience in Oracle Fusion HCM
- Strong knowledge of Core HR, Security, Payroll & Integration
- Awareness of Oracle Cloud ecosystem (HCM, OIC, FDI)
- Lead requirement gathering, documentation, testing and training activities
- Drive project deliverables and ensure adherence to the schedule
- Conduct functional testing, configuration review, integration testing reports, validation and data conversion validation
- Coordinate UAT testing with business and consolidate results across DEV, SIT, UAT
- Understand HDL Loaders and data conversion processes
- Coordinate with downstream system owners and vendors for integration testing and impact analysis
- Drive end‑to‑end integration testing
- Apply Oracle Quarterly Patch updates with impact analysis
- Lead functional design sessions related to new requirements and Oracle quarterly updates
- Lead and mentor a team of Oracle consultants across HCM, OIC & FDI
- Coordinate project activities with team and client
- Prepare implementation support documentation, governance, track‑level status reports and present to client
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Core HR Security, Payroll & Integration
