
Country Manager – Benelux | Smart Energy & Power Distribution

Your mission is to establish Daqo as a trusted partner for utilities, DSOs, EPC contractors, and renewable developers—driving adoption of our solutions while owning the P&L and market strategy .
The Benelux countries (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg) are at the forefront of Europe’s energy transition , with aggressive investments in offshore wind, grid digitalization, and industrial decarbonization .
This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role . You’ll define Daqo’s commercial roadmap, build C-level relationships, and collaborate with global teams to deliver localized technical and business solutions .
- Lead Daqo’s growth across Benelux, owning revenue targets and market expansion .
- Develop partnerships with key players (e.g., TenneT, Elia, Stedin, Engie, Vattenfall, and industrial energy buyers).
- Drive adoption of Daqo’s portfolio for renewable projects, grid infrastructure, data centers, and EV charging networks .
- Represent Daqo at industry events, regulatory discussions, and client negotiations .
- Align with HQ on product adaptation, pricing, and compliance with local standards (e.g., NEN, CEI).
- Monitor market trends, policies, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Fluency in English and Dutch or French (multilingual preferred).
- Based in Benelux or willing to relocate ; flexible hybrid work model.
- 7+ years in energy/power systems , with B2B sales, business development, or strategic partnerships in the region.
- Deep knowledge of Benelux energy markets (DSOs, renewables, industrial electrification).
- Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder projects.
- Entrepreneurial mindset —self-driven, adaptable, and results-oriented.
