Assistant Director of Prevention Education

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a wide variety of health promotion and education programs for the campus, in conjunction with community outreach programs.


• Analyze data and situations to evaluate identifiable factors and apply sound judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.


• Serve as a California Sexual Assault/Domestic Violence Counselor for survivors, providing brief crisis assessment and intake support.


• Provide back‑up or fill‑in support for the survivor support team when needed.

Qualifications

• Current work authorization to accept a UCR staff position. No sponsorship or visa take‑over provided.


• Compliance with all applicable University policies, collective bargaining agreements, and applicable federal, state, or local government directives.

Salary and Benefits

The full salary range for the Assistant Director of Prevention Education is $73,600.00 - $133,200.00 annually. The expected pay scale for this position is up to $95,000 annually. The base salary is determined based on education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.
