The Opportunity
Are you ready to shape the future of global security? The Leidos Intelligence Sector is seeking an accomplished All-Source Analyst (Production/Janus/Hard Target) - Senior to support the USCYBERCOM J2 mission, providing advanced analytic support across USCYBERCOM operations and defense intelligence mission requirements.
Contract Status: Proposal Phase/Contingent Upon Award.
Security Clearance: Active DoD TS/SCI with Polygraph required. We are not able to sponsor the clearance requirement.
What you'll be doing:
Conduct analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain national security issues and developments. Provide all‑source analysis support, including research, evaluation, and deconfliction of classified reports. Categorize and characterize cyber threats and malware to identify trends, adversary behavioral changes, and shifts in cyber threat activities. Adhere to ODNI and DIA all‑source analytic tradecraft and standards; ensure written and oral intelligence products meet ICD 203 requirements with minimal corrections. Establish effective communications with Intelligence Community partners and other U.S. government components to facilitate joint analysis and detection of environmental changes. Maintain situational awareness of events within U.S. Government systems and internationally. Document Operation Instructions (OIs) to support command‑wide programs. Deliver all‑source analytic support for operational mission objectives, identifying cyber entities for further target development, entering validated entity information into MIDB or SURGE. Use a wide variety of intelligence production tools and databases, including Tripwire Analytic Capability, Intellipedia, Palantir, MIDB, CyberCOP, Target Knowledge Base, Cyber Threat Matrix, Automated Message Handling System, WISE, Network Knowledge Base, Foxtail, CENTAUR, ispace, Pathfinder, and Microsoft OneNote. Provide Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment (JIPOE) support for offensive and defensive cyber operations. Produce bulletins and briefs related to changes in adversary TTPs, technical trends, and U.S. critical infrastructure. Monitor threat activities and develop cyber indicators. Support cyber‑related exercises, acting as white cell or role‑playing. Respond expeditiously to J2 requests. Assist in production, editing, publishing, and dissemination of cyber analytic products. Develop and present intelligence briefings and slides to USCYBERCOM staff and leadership. Provide meeting support. Conduct research and analysis using SIGINT tools and collaborate with all‑source analytic enterprise, leveraging SIGINT for actionable outcomes. Support Hard Target analytic initiatives in alignment with command priorities.
Needed Experience, Skills, and Education:
- Minimum 12 years of experience related to the labor category, with at least a portion in the last 2 years.
- Master’s degree in an area related to the labor category from an accredited college/university; or Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of related senior experience (17 years total) as a substitute.
- Active DoD TS/SCI with Polygraph required; no sponsorship.

- Communicates understanding from incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, or technically advanced information.
- Structures analysis based on trends and multiple analytic perspectives.
- Works independently with minimal oversight and direction.
- Develops concise, insightful, comprehensive products for defense intelligence.
- Leads teams in researching multifaceted or critical problems, guiding methodology selection and application.
- Challenges differing perspectives using argument evaluation and validated analytic methodologies.
