Overview
Compensation Range – $100,000 - $110,000 annually
PDO – 30 days up to 6 weeks (company observed holidays included)

Responsibilities
- Serve as the local chief executive agent and lead local provider(s) in delivering superior patient care to the community served.
- Contribute to the overall success of the company by ensuring daily operations are completed efficiently.
- Manage operations, services, personnel performance, and ongoing office management.
Qualifications
- Licensed physician, registered nurse, or bachelor's degree holder.
- At least one year of supervisory or administrative experience in health service administration.
- No recent employment as an administrator with another operation at the time of any enforcement action against the business, per company compliance policies.
- Demonstrated knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulatory guidelines governing a home‑care office.
- Intermediate technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.
Education & Experience (Preferred)
- Licensed physician, registered nurse, licensed social worker, licensed therapist, or licensed nursing home administrator with at least one year of management and supervisory experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Previous experience in a home health care or hospice program is preferred.
State‑Specific Requirements
Alaska, Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona: No additional state‑specified education or experience requirements.
Colorado: Must comply with Colorado state regulation 6CCR 1011‑1 (7.6) requiring 24 hours of training in the first 12 months for a first‑time administrator, 8 hours within the first month. Must complete a minimum of 12 clock hours per year at a health administration seminar or approved provider.
Connecticut: Requires a master's degree in nursing with an active license, a record of at least one year of supervisory or administrative experience, or equivalent credentials as described in the long statement.
Delaware: Must have a bachelor's degree with five years home‑health care experience and one year of supervisory experience, or be a registered nurse with five years health‑care experience and one year of supervisory experience.
Florida: Must administer only one agency or manage up to five agencies within a contiguous region with identical controlling interest.
Georgia: No additional state‑specified education or experience requirements.
Illinois: At least one year of supervisory or administrative experience in home health care or related health provider program.
Indiana: No additional state‑specified education or experience requirements.
Kansas: Administrator must reside within the service area.
Kentucky: No additional state‑specified education or experience requirements.
Louisiana: Requires three years of management experience in health care service delivery.
Maryland: Must possess education in health services or administration, evidenced by being a physician, registered nurse, or college graduate with a bachelor’s degree in a health‑related field, plus at least one year of supervisory experience in hospital, home health, or public health program management.
Massachusetts, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio: No additional state‑specified education or experience requirements.
Oklahoma: Must possess an Oklahoma administrator license and complete 12 continuing education units per year.
Oregon: No additional state‑specified education or experience requirements.
Pennsylvania: No additional state‑specified education or experience requirements.

Additional Requirements
- Must possess a valid state driver license.
- Must maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law.
- Must maintain dependable transportation in good working condition.
- Must be able to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
