We’re looking for a dynamic, hands-on HR leader to guide and elevate our people strategy across a growing organization and its family of companies. This is more than an HR role—it’s an opportunity to influence how an entire organization attracts, develops, and supports its people.

The Opportunity

In this role, you’ll partner directly with senior leadership to align people, performance, and business strategy. You’ll lead all aspects of HR—from talent acquisition and development to compliance and operations—while helping integrate and scale newly acquired businesses.

What You’ll Lead

  • Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on organizational design and workforce planning
  • Build and drive a unified HR strategy across multiple locations and business units
  • Lead HR integration for newly acquired companies

Talent & Culture

  • Oversee full-cycle recruiting and onboarding to support rapid, strategic growth
  • Champion succession planning, talent development, and performance management
  • Foster a culture rooted in accountability, inclusion, and high performance
  • Lead compensation strategy, including merit planning, promotions, and pay equity
  • Oversee and enhance competitive benefits programs and employee communications

HR Operations & Innovation

  • Drive HR systems, analytics, and reporting to support data-driven decisions
  • Lead HR technology improvements, automation, and system integrations
  • Deliver insights and metrics that influence business outcomes

Employee Relations & Compliance

  • Lead complex employee relations matters with fairness and integrity
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Support a culture of safety in partnership with operations and safety teams

What You Bring

  • Proven experience leading HR at a strategic level (multi-site or multi-entity experience a plus)
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to influence senior leadership
  • Hands-on approach—you’re as comfortable executing as you are strategizing
  • Expertise across talent management, compensation, benefits, and compliance
  • Experience with HR systems, analytics, and process improvement
  • A passion for building high-performing teams and positive workplace cultures
