Director of Enrollment & Growth

A theological education institution seeks a Director of Enrollment to lead strategic enrollment and marketing efforts. This senior administrator will manage a team, oversee a significant budget, and develop effective collaboration across departments. Ideal candidates have experience in enrollment management, digital marketing, and team leadership. The role includes in-person recruitment sessions to engage with the local Catholic community in San Diego and is situated on the University campus. A master’s degree is preferred but a bachelor’s degree is required.
