Optomi, in partnership with a leading financial services organization, is looking for a Salesforce Developer to join their dynamic team in Detroit, MI or Charlotte, NC . This role is a W-2 opportunity. Visa sponsorship is not available at this time.
Position Summary
The SFDC Developer will be responsible for collaborating with a scrum team to refine user stories, perform gap analyses, and assess feasibility. They will work on a 2-week sprint schedule to deliver custom Salesforce solutions, including APEX triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), flows, and OmniScripts. The role involves writing Apex test classes, ensuring code coverage, performing code commits, resolving conflicts, and participating in peer reviews. Additionally, the developer will support deployment, testing, and documentation efforts.

What type of experience does the right candidate have
- 3-5 years of custom Salesforce development experience
- Strong understanding of Rest APIs, GraphQL, and data modeling
- Experience with version control tools like Git and deployment tools like SFDX, VS Code, and Copado
- Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I (PD1) and Platform Developer II (PD2)
